Your coaching program is unique to you.

Whether the path is clear or not, your coaching program will support your goals, your way. We start with your motivation for seeking coaching, and whatever you want to share about your values and beliefs, your formative experiences and your aspirations. 

Here are some ideas for how we might work together:

Leadership Coaching / Executive Coaching Programs
Enjoy confidential conversations focused on challenging situations, leadership effectiveness and personal wellbeing (energy and stress management). I suggest we start with a six- month renewable program with meetings at a cadence that’s right for you.

Interview Coaching Programs
Brush up your interview skills and increase your confidence with an in-depth program to help you consolidate learning from your experiences, identify and position your strengths, and practice a range of questions customized for each of your opportunities. 

For Public Service executive competitions we’ll focus on the key leadership competencies and a structured approach to hypothetical and experience questions.

A program of five or more coaching sessions works well, meeting once a week or on an accelerated basis as needed.

Focus, Time Management, Task-Switching Coaching
Essential management skills can become elusive when pressure goes up. If you’re dealing with excess stress, let’s talk about a regular coaching program to help you find your way to more solid ground. (Neurodiversity welcome. Ask me about coaching program accommodations.)

Coaching Conversations for Everyone
Coaching conversations can be a welcome relief for people at all levels and in all roles. Access to coaching conversations can reduce stress, open up fresh perspectives, stimulate action, alleviate interpersonal conflict, and build work-healthy habits. Assessments and Coaching
There are many assessment tools available and likely you have completed at least one. We can dust it off to see if it contains relevant insights you’re willing to action. If you want more personal feedback on a specific element of your leadership, I can design and conduct an interview-based 360. If you’re working on emotional intelligence skills, I am certified to conduct an EQi assessment and can arrange that for you.
