I am fascinated by the complexity of organization change and the conditions that individuals need in order to thrive and be effective at work. I love to hear about issues and challenges and to play a role in expanding both perception of what’s possible and capacity to achieve it. I’m particularly interested in working with aspiring managers, managers and leaders because of the amplified impact they have on others.

Before becoming an independent consultant in 2012, I held senior roles in business transformation, change management, marketing, and communications in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific in the global telecommunications equipment industry.

In addition to an MBA in technology management (focus on organization development and change leadership), I am certified as a coach by the International Coach Federation (PCC level) and I hold a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. I’m certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 assessments from MHS.

I’m based in Ottawa, Canada.
