Executive Coaching in the Public Service
I work with executives and aspiring executives in Canada’s Federal Public Service for continuing leadership development and as a sounding board to support effectiveness and resilience. I also offer coaching programs to prepare for EX competitions. This may include guidance and feedback on cover letters and CVs, review of key leadership competencies and behaviours, practice questions, mock interviews, and guidance on stress-alleviation.

I have a ProServices supply arrangement for Leadership Development and Organization Development.

Leadership Coaching
As an executive coach and sounding board, I take the role of objective outsider with whom you can blow off steam, weigh options, be challenged, and gain perspective on your patterns and blind-spots — in fully confidential conversations. For additional insight, I might attend your all-staff or management team meetings, shadow you on part of your workday, or conduct an interview-based 360 or EQ 360 assessment.

Change Readiness Coaching
I work with people who are preparing for or adapting to change in their worklives.  This may be about increasing effectiveness in a new role, adapting to an unexpected event, perhaps returning to work after a leave of absence.

Resilience Coaching for Employees 
Access to confidential coaching conversations as part of your employee wellbeing plan can provide welcome relief to employees at all levels and in all roles. Coaching conversations can alleviate stress, open up fresh perspectives, stimulate action, and build work-healthy habits.
